C'mon now, this is totally unacceptable. I could see running into another sub while running submerged, nukes are known for being quiet and even the updated and upgraded diesel/electric boats the NK's and Chinese are using are really quiet, but a surface ship? and from YOUR navy??

I know the S.o.H. is narrow but were not talking about 80 Westbound here or the West Side Highway. Where was the sonar operator, in the head (bathroom)? I know most if not all sub skippers use passive sonar and just listen as opposed to pinging away and letting every creature under the water know where you are but jeez.......
